Big Sound from a Compact 2 x 10" Combo Amp! The JazzKat TwinKat 2 x 10" guitar amplifier provides rich tone and a host of options, packed into a lightweight (28 lbs) combo that's easy to take to rehearsals, gigs, or anywhere you want to play. The 2-channel TwinKat has a real 12AX7 preamp tube on Channel 1, and includes 10" Celestion speakers. Onboard features such as digital effects, 1/4" and XLR inputs, and versatile line outs make this amp a real performer in just about any environment. Great on its own or with extension speakers On its own, the TwinKat pushes an impressive 150 watts of power. When you need more sound, extension cabinets can be added either by stacking them under the combo unit or spread out to provide a huge sound across the stage. Up to three extension cabinets can be added for a total of eight speakers (including the combo unit). The amplifier will automatically adjust the power and with eight speakers you will have a blistering 250 watts that will carry your sound in any environment. Artist input The folks at JazzKat spent numerous hours with a variety of artists playing through the amp, listening to their opinions, making changes and then having them play it again. They spent months on design and testing to create an amplifier that is very lightweight but provides incredible tone, plus great features. Built to give you great tone, anywhere The 2-channel TwinKat includes gain, middle, bass, and treble controls on each channel. Channel 1 uses a 1/4" input jack, while Channel 2 has a handy combo jack (XLR and 1/4"). This amp also features a 12AX7 tube on Channel 1 for warm sound, 16 built-in digital effects with separate level controls, plus a switch that lets you assign effects to Channel 1, Channel 2, or both.
