Capo definitely does the trick and then some. It's easy to maneuver with one hand, but requires quite a bit of pressure to open. I have another trigger type capo that decreases in pressure the more ... read more [+]open it is which is a nice feature this capo does not have.
Also, the finish had some marks on one side that are engrained in the capo close [-]
