Lots of fun.
Tons of flexibility. -Quite enough to make some very bad sounds, also.
Amp makers almost eliminate this possibility by limited variables, as I've yet to hear bad out of a Mesa dual rec.

Still not sure if the Line6 sound "breathes" enough to seem real. Some organic airyness and harmonics in the high-ish mids is not there. Some models/amps requre Major EQ tweaking to get the desired sound.

Using the Cabinet + Mike options with the mike distance near ~100 gives the sound a ~little more life.
Sounds noticeably diff. through speakers than it does 'phones.

I found maybe ~15% of the presets to my liking. -They All need a tweak here or there. Specifically with the mike/cab placement.

Even if this were just used as a tone Sketchbook, it would still be a steal for the price. The idea that I don't have to buy $50k worth of gear to fool around with to get ~similar tones is still amazing.

That being said, I'm guessing a SpiderValve would sound better, and I've not given up my plans for getting a Roadster, either.

The ability to connect online and pull down (starter) tones for basically all artists and many songs is truly amazing also.

***This product DESPERATELY needs a 1-4 Track Practice Module in it. (without paying another $99 for RiffTracker) -I would LOVE to just lay down 3-4 chords over a minute or two, Just So I Could Practice Soloing over them.

I've used it for a few weeks now.
