Terrific value, great guitar

This is a great guitar for the money! The setup from Sweetwater was right on, playable right out of the box. The worksmanship, fit and finish are a welcome surprise to me as I'd read some bad things about made-in-Korea Fenders - but after seeing this beautiful natural-finish guitar the Koreans can make them for me anytime!

My favorite electric guitar through the years has been a Framus that I bought in Germany in 1969. Solidly built, heavy, quality, plays very sweet - but now the Ash Lite Tele is my new love. It is at least equal in every area to the Framus, better in playability and has that unmistakable Tele twang. The two Seymour Duncan pickups give it a nice punch and a wide range of different sounds. Plus it's several pounds lighter than the solid mahogany Framus while still having enough weight to keep it stable.

You could pay a lot more and not get a guitar as good as this one. Bottom line, I'd buy this same guitar again, no regrets.
