A Tremendous Guitar

I have been playing for 46 years. Primarily a rock n roll guy. I have historically used Gibsons for my electrics and have never owned a Fender. I bought this Custom Classic Tele as shown with the bing cherry finish and maple neck in 2006 and have played it continuously on-stage and for recordings since then.

This is one of the finest guitars I have ever owned or played. It is beautifully made and the maple grain on the back of the neck is just gorgeous. The cherry finish looks 3-dimensional and is flawless.

Playability is without peer. The neck is incredibly fast and it stays in tune very well. The 4-position switch gives you lots of variations between the neck and bridge pickups. I replaced the stock pickups (which are very good) with EMGs and this thing now has some real guts and produces the classic tele sound with more sustain and bottom end. I use mine with analog pedals made by Fulltone and a '65 Fender Deluxe Reverb amp. You can't believe how good this guitar sounds using the Fat Boost and OCD pedals.

This guitar is a tremendous value. You will not be disappointed.
