This is a truly great guitar in it's own right. However, comparing to the original I wish fender would have made the neck with more quality wood rather than the very light coloured maple. However...like i said still a great guitar and sounds and feels almost identical to the original. Well worth the $ close [-]

I'v... read more [+]e owned two of these honeys, one an original '72 & the other this model. Foolishly, I pawned my first one (stoopid). The second one I gave to a dear friend. (Big heart, empty wallet) At such an affordable price though, the quality and playability is excellent. Great action, versatile sounds, thanks to the humbucker on top & single coil on the bridge. Combine that with Sweetwater's excellent reputation and this guitar is a best buy! close [-]
