Only Tuner You'll Ever Need!
by Lenny "the meat" Mecca from Dunmore, PA, March 2008
Music Background: Bassist, 32yrs. exp. live and studio house musician
Unless you're going rackmount, this is the tuner you want. Why? Because it's fast and accurate. It moves from string to string as fast as you do.It's made of metal not plastic. You can check your tuning in silence while your singer talks to the audience. It's cost effective and easy to change the battery. I honestly can't find fault with this tuner!

The Little Tuner That Rocks!
by Sally A. Whitman from Waterford, CT, September 2006
Music Background: Obsessive Bassist with a passion for the instrument and a Home Studio to make it real and share it all.
This fabulous little unit takes the ugliness out of the tuning-in-a-hurry blues! It is of fine quality in craftsmanship, yet so simplistic to use that there is no stress involved in its operation and function. All you have to do is step on it and tune up. The uncomplicated ease of operation is really what impressed me the most. The cost of the product was quite fair, and the sturdy construction will be welcomed, I am certain, by other lead-footed musicians.
Out of tune sucks!

This tuner has been a good friend of mine for a long time. I HATE OUT OF TUNE Intruments. This is very easy to use and never fails me. All Hail BOSS!!
A life saver!
by Dean Drake from Bellingham, WA, July 2006
Music Background: Semi-pro musician/recording engineer
Once we had a band opening up for us and the guitarist didn't have a guitar tuner. His guitar went out of tune and the more he tried to tune it the worse it got. I wanted to run up there and hend him my TU-2, but by that time he gave up and kept playing with his out-of-tune guitar. I felt embarrassed for him and I had to try to ignore the out-of-tune guitar. When we stepped up on stage, I plugged it in tuned my guitar and every time I needed an adjustment it was there for me. Boss pedals are nearly indestructable and fairly worry free. I don't know what's worse - those dreams where you discover you are naked in public or when you are out of tune and can't do anything about it. This pedal at least solves the tuning issue.
One minor "flaw" that I might point out and I don't know what to do about it, except maybe a backlit LCD/LED (I have a tire gauge that works well in the dark and in light). If you are gigging in the daylight it is hard to see the LEDs.
Amazing
by Jerome from South Africa, September 2005
Every muso who plays live should have one of these. I went to a concert and saw Tim Hughes using one and decided to research this pedal. I depend greatly on reviews cause I live in South Africa and cant really try the pedal out before I buy it, I have only read good stuff about this peal and hence got one for myself. It is very handy especially at times when I string goes, I can just stomp on the pedal and change guitars without any noise or feedback. Also handy after using a capo a few strings maybe slip slighty off tune the TU2 makes it easy to tune without much distraction for the crowd.
Well done Boss!!!
