Customer Reviewsfrom Memphis, TN November 3, 2009 Music Background: Composer, Recording Engineer Astounding CinematicsLet me first say that Symphobia is probably not the best choice for a first/only symphonic library. This is due to its heavy focus on ensembles. However, this is also its largest strength. With Symphobia, I'm able to rapidly orchestrate basic ideas which I then fully flesh out by adding instruments from more granular libraries (e.g. East West/Quantum Leap Symphonic Orchestra or VSL). Make no mistake, Symphobia creates amazing depth with its ensemble recordings. I am truly taken aback by feeling I get when listening to piece made with this library. I considered docking half of a star due to the extremely high price. However, it has completely met my expectations and definitely surprised me on more than one occasion. I would say that if you're considering Symphobia and you have the money to spend, don't hesitate! I'm glad that I didn't. from Raleigh NC September 13, 2011 Music Background: 50 years experience, playing and composing. Excellent ProductGreat sounds with selective uses. Symphonic, and not designed to "add strings" to other types of music. If I stay within the symphonic genre I can complete a project quickly and rapidly.
