Customer Reviewsfrom Richmond, VA USA November 22, 2011 Music Background: pro musician/singer/songwriter/recording engineer This is it.Been working with AB boxes for years - since I built my first. This is the top of the heap for AB-Y switchers. Unhindered tone from my all-tube amps, and zero noise/hum. The placement of the switches and leds are more comprehensive... easy to get used to of any I've tried. The extra features work beautifully. This is it for me.from Grand Rapids MI December 2, 2010 Music Background: Tone Freak Very Very Nice!!!I really wasnt expecting anything this good at all. I was in the market for an ABY switch to Y my fender 65 twin reverb and Mesa mark V together. I reserched and decided on this product. Could not be happier. The sound that this pedal gives me is absolutely angelic. I cannot step away from my jam room... Tweaking this pedal is a breeze. You will love it... I do. This pedal will give you exactly what Radial promotes. Tone.. My tonal palate just grew once again.. Now on to my next venture.... Help us all........from PA, USA December 11, 2007 Music Background: Musician Keeper of the ToneI love the sound of my guitars; Gibsons (Wes, PJR), PRS (Santana III w/ McCarty electronic) and Fenders (American Strat and Tele). And the last thing I would like to hear coming out of my Marshall amps is crap from a ABY box that can't cut it! This ain't the case here boys and girls. The JX*2 is the real deal! I'll return anything that negatively alters my guitars sound in a heart beat. The JX*2 is a keeper. Class A sound, Class A product.from Fort Wayne, IN September 23, 2008 Music Background: 20+ years, non-pro Switchbone ..... YES!Bought right here at Sweetwater!I needed an ABY with a phase switch. Some amps run 2 ch's, but out of phase, so the switch will flip one side so you can run both together. OR, 2 amps that are out of phase with each other can be run at the same time with out phase cancelation. This is a very cool feature that makes this more than a simple ABY. Can you say SRV! Class A, very transparent thanks to the drag control. Tuner mute is also a big cool bonus if you're like me and want to be in tune all the time. This can be used as a mid boost or clean boost as well, but I do not use that option. I tried it a few times, and it's a nice bump for solo's, but I've got that covered. I find this box is a must have for live use so I can switch between my amps 2ch's, or both at the same time for solo's. I can hit tuner mute and tune at any time with no pop's or weird sounds. I've used this for 2 years now with zero issues, on 100+ gig's. For reference, I run a Gibson LP JR, or EJ strat into an EVH Phaser, 2 OCD's, and a DD3 into the switchbone out to my 65Amps London combo. same set-up for 2 years now!!!!! |
