Awesome

For years I've always wondered why people thought there were huge differences coming from guitars. Other than Action, intonation and beauty they were fairly close.. This guitar came to me above all those levels I've purchased before....I can hardly put this thing down when I start playing it. The tone coming from it is fantastic..... not just one but each string produces that tone with a frequency so well done .. One Beautiful guitar for sure.

37 year seasoned player.

Nothing short of amazing

I have been playing guitar faithfully for over 37 years now. With that said I have owned tons of guitars over the years. I have to say that this is one the best playing guitars I have owned to date and the most beautiful as well. The neck is like jacked up synthetic grade WD40 butter. It's fast, it's furious, and smooth as silk. The cherry burst is well done and I could literally stare at this thing for hours. The flame maple neck looks amazing too.

Hands down the best strat I have ever played or owned. Thank you Fender for bringing such joy to an old six stringer.

Playing guitar since the 60's

Rings like a bell

When this guitar was delivered I looked at it for days before I played it.
The flame maple top, and birdseye neck was obviously put together by some of the best craft people in the business.
The tone and sustain from this guitar, even before plugging into the Fender Blues Jr III would "ring like a bell".
If you like playing a strat that looks like you dragged it behind a truck then this one is definitely not for you.
I've been playing guitar since the 60's starting off with a single lip stick pickup on a Silvertone guitar. I moved up to a Les Paul custom legend in the mid 80's and recently this year bought a Gibson SG Standard(from Sweetwater).
This guitar is quickly becoming my favorite.
Treat yourself to a Fender Select Stratocaster...you desire it!
