played the highway one for the fist time last week and wound up buying two of them. i was blown away the highway one (late 2006 upgrade and 2007's) are the best all around strat's on the market today. you can get any tone you want frome this strat. the highway one does everything.tone-playabilty-feel and style i compare the highway one to the custom shop and signature strats because the highway one is that good!

This strat sounds 100 times better then my 72 classic deluxe telecaster. The action is smooth. Setup was perfect from factory. This has everything I could ever want in a strat, and then some.
