StompIO is working great for me

It has some many thing to pick from for amp sounds and effects.
I have mine running through a Boss RC-50 looper for some amazing
fun.

This is a great stomp box and with all of the Amplitube modules that are included you can get any amp sound that you want. You will want to buy the Amplitube Fender module for this since it doen't come with it, and Fender has the best clean sounds in amp sims period. I use my ROland VG 8 to run to the stomp box, so that I can bring in Les Paul, Strat Tele or bass to the unit. The amp sound is distinct, use it going to PA for best results. Save your presets to banks on the Stomp Io for quick live playing. The price drop is a good deal on top of everything else.

If you are recording music and you don't have this you really really need to find a new job. The StompIO is great. You have options at your fingertips are ridiculous. So many things to use and do. If I could go back and never buy a pedal I would. This does it all and for the most part, is spot on perfect. Construction is great and so is the customer care.

Great product!

I have been an Amplitube 2 owner for a long time now, and was looking forward to the release of this product. I was very pleased to find it is everything I hoped it would be! The controller works great and is very responsive (built solid too). Amplitube X-Gear is incredibly good. It's fun to combine all the models from Amplitube 2, AmpegSVX, and Amplitube Jimi Hendrix. I am very much looking forward to Amplitube Metal when it comes out!

I play guitar and bass with a band sometimes and it's nice to have all my sound in one unit. no need for sperate units for guitar and bass.

While it seems a little pricey, the cost is justified when you add up all the software it comes with. To me this is as realistic as sound can get without actually owning the real amps.
