Now, with the STAGEPAS 500, Yamaha has combined their trademark quality with a truly portable, self-contained sound system that combines mixer, power amp and loudspeakers! If you've ever had to set up in a hurry or work in a room that had little or no space for your gear, the STAGEPAS 500 is for you. And once you're set up, say goodbye to the generally low sound quality that many portable PA systems provide. The STAGEPAS 500 gives you exactly what you expect from Yamaha: great sound and exceptional quality! A 10-channel mixer - plus reverb, limiting and phantom power! At the heart of the STAGEPAS 500 is a versatile 10-channel mixer that gives you plenty of connection options for mics and instruments. Four XLR/TRS mic/line inputs are switchable to accommodate your setup. In addition, the mixer includes three stereo line ins, perfect for hooking up electronic keyboards, CD players, stereo drum machines or other devices. The STAGEPAS 500 includes high/low shelving EQ on each channel for control over your tone, built-in limiters on channels 1 and 2 to prevent overload and distortion, and switchable +48V phantom power. Plus, the built-in digital reverb means you don't have to carry around an extra effects processor. Line outputs are included so you can add additional powered speakers for monitoring, or send the mixer's output to a recording device. Big sound from two-way bass reflex speakers You'll be surprised by the full-range sound the STAGEPAS 500 speakers put out. These two-way loudspeakers feature 10" woofers and 1" compression drivers, with a frequency response of 55Hz-20kHz. The bass ported enclosures contribute to the output power. It's all packed into remarkably tough but easily portable cabinets. Twin 250-watt amps deliver power for small to medium-size rooms The STAGEPAS 500 delivers a remarkably clear, powerful sound. Its exceptional high quality and power makes it ideal for almost any PA application. The built-in amplifier puts out a full 250 watts of power into each channel, and utilizes Class D amplification for maximum efficiency, low heat, and remarkably high fidelity. It has all the sonic muscle you need to fill small and medium-sized venues. Ready to perform - wherever you go! Versatile setup and stand mounting options The STAGEPAS 500 offers flexible placement options that let you stand the speakers up or lay them on their sides. Or take advantage of the built-in speaker mounts to place the cabinets on 35 mm speaker stands, high above the heads of your audience for optimum projection.
