Customer Reviewsfrom San Lorenzo, Ca February 8, 2013Music Background: Pro Musician The Yamaha Stagepas 300I wasn't sure how this would work for the size of the veteran's hall that we use for our club, but I was really surprised to find out that it works perfect, with the quality of the sound, size and weight, and the overall performance. I would recommend this to anyone looking for a great PA at an affordable price.from Fort Worth October 16, 2012Music Background: Musicin/Hobbyist Yamaha Stage PAS 300I really like the item I purchased but I really love Sweetwater''s Customer Service Personnel; they really how to treat their customers as if they are someone is famous.from Canada October 23, 2011Music Background: Musician Yamaha Stagepas 300I had these Stagepas 300's for 8 months and loved them, great sound and performance. Everything you'd expect from Yamaha. I sold them and thought I'd upgrade to the Stagepas 500's with larger woofer and more power. Not taking anything away from the 500's, they sounded great, however, I liked what I heard actually a bit better from the 300's. The 500 has a bit more bass, and power, but the 300 is NO SLOUCH! I went and bought another set of 300's and did an A/B test. The results were almost impossible to detect any difference, except the 300 had a bit more mids heard. The difference in cost was really not worth it, unless the mixer allowing you to run 2 keyboards simultaneously is worth that much to you. Other than that, sound is almost identical between the 300 and 500, like splitting hairs, just more power and more bass if you turn it up and need it. Great sound systems...whichever you decide to go with!from Orlando, FL May 3, 2012Music Background: 20+ yrs, drums, keyboard, guitar Yamaha Stagepas 300Our young country duo released their first single on CDX and they needed a small PA for their radio station gigs and small venue shows. Well the Yamaha PA blew them away! It has a great sound, and is the perfect size to get into the radio stations and perform. In addition, it has enough channels and effects and matched well with a couple of AKG mics. We are extremely pleased with this quality Yamaha product.from Crawfordsville, IN August 18, 2011Music Background: Live sound mixing in a small church setting Performing As ExpectedI'm using this system for extra stage monitors daisy chained from an existing powered speaker. The folks on stage are happy with the set up and I have the option of setting them up for outdoor events when needed. We like it.
