Groove 3 does a great job

This is a great instructional DVD. I've used SONAR 5 Studio for years (and previous Cakewalk products prior to that). SONAR X1 (including Producer edition) have many new things to learn. This video has very good, hands on topics, with excellent narative and rationale.
