Customer Reviewsfrom Midlothian, Va June 21, 2012Music Background: Hobbyist Sibelius 7 upgradeStill learning to use it, but well worth the upgrade. Probably need a Sibelius tutorial. Next step is Mbox.from Los Alamos, New Mexico February 29, 2012Music Background: Professional Musician Great Service, Great StuffI purchased Sibelius 7 at the lowest price anywhere I looked and customer service and shipment were smooth and flawless. Then in a couple of days I received a follow-up call from Sweetwater making sure I'd received everything in good order. Now I'm printing out beautiful notation charts for the band...and, I'll be back!from February 28, 2012 great tech supportExcellant Tech support. They went above and beyond my expectationsfrom NY December 21, 2012Music Background: Hobbyist SIbelius 7 upgraded from Sibelius 4Love it! So much more user friendly with a better range of sounds from orchestral to world instruments. Very intuitive software to adapt to, not a walk in the park, but I found I can get what I want with minimal searching. The sound through earphones is incredible. Finally, I tried to buy this directly from Sibelius/Avid and got nowhere-no dealer returned my calls, the contact on the website got you to a user forum etc. I almost gave up. Then I stumbled across Sweetwater who not only carried Sibelius, but had a phone number, and very helpful staff! Awesome!. I love Sibelius and for any other purchases I will turn to Sweetwater first. from Austin, TX 78747 December 16, 2011Music Background: saxman, teacher, amateur ... Sib 7.03Sb 7 is a worthy upgrade--it requires "more computer" than the earlier versions but the sounds are really nice - saxes sound more saxophone-like sand the other sounds are also good. I did add memory because I couldn't load all the sounds w/ 2G. When they say '4G' , believe 'em!I'm glade that I upgraded - nice to have those soounds. from United States August 30, 2012Music Background: Educator, Masters in Music, Professional Musician Don't Bother, try Logic's NotationI had Sibelius 5 before I was forced to upgrade due to apple's new OS. I was very familiar with the program; I'm not any more. Sibelius 7 is very different. Without spending too much time, it seems like a new program. I might as well spend the time learning Logic's notation, saving a little cash not bothering with Sibelius. I was a fan of this program because it was easier than finale, but now it's just a pain. I don't care about 'new and improved sounds.' It was fine the way it was.
