While each SR-X speaker has a personality all its own, the line as a whole delivers a remarkable range of options. In fact, the SR-X line is the most complete line of high performance portable speakers available today, with a model for virtually every application. Whether your needs call for SR-X subwoofers, SR-X front-of-house systems or SR-X stage monitors, you can be assured of owning a speaker that represents a new standard; a standard that will satisfy even the toughest of critics. JBL SRX728S at a Glance:
Plenty of Power The SRX728S is built to deliver smooth, clean, accurate low-end. A pair of 18" Differential Drive woofers provide extension down to 27Hz while handling an amazing 1600 watts of continuous power. Large, open ducts minimize port turbulance and the heavily braced enclosure assures tight, solid bass. An external switch allows the SRX728S to be used with cabling systems designed to power subs from contacts ±1 or ±2. Built Tough for the Road All SR-X enclosures are constructed of 13-ply void-free baltic birch. The result is a solid enclosure free from resonances...What you hear is the speaker system, not the box. All SR-X Series enclosures are finished in JBL's tough DuraFlex finish, which shrugs off the inevitable scuffs and dings. A non-resonant, full-length grill provides protection for the components and a rich yet unobtrusive appearance. No matter how rigorous your tour schedule, the SRX728S will take the abuse and perform night after night. JBL SRX728S Features:
The JBL SRX728S subwoofer delivers smooth, clean, accurate low-end with power-handling to spare! Since its inception in 1927, the name JBL has been associated with excellence, innovation, and superior sound quality. That's why Leo Fender saw JBL's D130 as the ideal speaker for his guitar amps. Continuing to define the sound of rock, JBL also became the sound of Woodstock and other major rock festivals. JBL's speakers are held to the most rigorous standards in the industry, and audio professionals worldwide rely on them for that reason. JBL studio monitors were ranked first in a U.S. recording industry survey by Billboard.
