I run a bridged... read more [+] Crown XTi 4000 and a DBX Driverack PA+ and I've never had a problem. My only gripe is it's not carpeted. The paint will scratch if you drag or ding it... JBL, put some carpeting on this sucker...or maybe some rhino lining! close [-]

Great sub. Work at a church running sound for youth. I have two of these bridged off of 2 crown Xti 4000 amps run through custom eq. They hit very hard! I have experence with EAW, D and B, L Acust... read more [+]ics, Yahama, mackie, comunity, sound bridge, qsc, ev and Tom danly labs. I also have run 2 SRX subs the older model (like the old porting better). I also own the SRX 718s subs......What to say SRX728s are better then running two 718s side by side. They are cleaner bc the porting is larger. I would say hands down they are better then yahama, comunity, mackie. EV and sound bridge. I agree with are local perfessional rodie friends that they allso out do EAW. Jbl is a great box on a budget. they dont get close to d and b, L acustics, or Tom danily but for the money they are great. these other boxes are like 4 grand each. For are churchs loud style of music (100+db) two of these cover 400 ish people in a 500 seat youth room. We do like are bass to hit you in the chest. Never had any problems with hadware of cones. wish there was pre set holes for weals like on the 718s box. hope this helps close [-]
