From Our Research Team:A Humbucker-sized P-90The P-90 is a legend. The SPH90-1n Phat Cat from Seymour Duncan lets those of us with humbucker-equipped guitars tap into that great sound with a P-90 designed to fit a humbucker-sized opening. The P-90 gives you a tone that cuts through the mix, thanks to a strong midrange and treble response, and the bottom end is warm and spongy. The nickel cover gives your guitar a vintage-style look. Just because your guitar was born with humbuckers doesn't mean you're locked into that sound. Drop a SPH90-1n Phat Cat in and enjoy the classic sound of a P-90 in your favorite guitar!Seymour Duncan SPH90-1n Phat Cat Electric Guitar Pickup Features at a Glance:

My bridge Cat came with a lead too short to reach the neck, so I'd recommend against buying only a bridge pickup first. With both pickups on, they are hum canceling, but mine don't hum any more than Humbuckers anyway. close [-] Ahhh thats better

Replaced the neck humbucker in my Gibson SG. Not a single coil tone that I expected but very clear and warm, almost humbucker characteristics. It matches my bridge pickup in volume and is a keeper. Gl... read more [+]ad i changed. close [-]
