The popular SKB-5817W keyboard case is designed to provide convenient and dependable transport for today's 88-key electronic keyboards. It meets ATA Cat 1 specs as an airline shipping container. The SKB-5817W has been redesigned to accommodate new TSA accepted and recognized locking latches. The TSA locking latch allows the travels to securely lock their case and still allow for necessary inspection and re-locking of the case.

Patented corner cleat holds keyboards securely
SKB has incorporated their patented corner cleat design into the existing keyboard shells of the SKB-5817W. The result is an ATA universal keyboard case using corner cleats to hold the keyboards in place on a Velcro surface. The foam in the top lid also adds additional support to the keyboards while in transit. Exterior bumpers protect valance and hardware from impact damage.
