Personally Autographed by Seymour Duncan! Pickup guru Seymour Duncan came to GearFest '08 to shed some light on how his pickups interact with guitars to create the best tone. While he was here, he took the opportunity to personally sign every Seymour Duncan pedal we had in stock at GearFest, and we're giving you the chance to get one of these great autographed pedals. These special signed pedals are limited to quantities on-hand, so don't wait to order yours, as they surely won't last long! Seymour Duncan's Tweak Fuzz is the production version of boutique fuzz pedal that features a six-position "Tweak" control for tonal versatility. This sonic monster is great for pop, classic rock, heavy rock, punk, and metal - or anywhere you want an extremely flexible fuzz box with a pure Class A signal path. Not just for guitar, bassists will find Tweak Fuzz adds the perfect amount of bite, letting them cut though even the most cluttered mix. Fuzz is an important of any guitarist's sound, and Tweak Fuzz is one of the most flexible ones available! Seymour Duncan Tweak Fuzz at a Glance:
Sound and construction The Tweak Fuzz features a six-position "Tweak" switch to voice the fuzz tone. This basic tone will be familiar to those who remember the rich, lush, vintage fuzz tones of the '60s pop festivals. But with the addition of the Tweak switch, the player can now create a myriad of totally unique fuzz tones, making the Tweak Fuzz an incredibly versatile pedal for electric guitar and bass. Tweak Fuzz boasts discrete, Class A, low-noise transistor circuitry with true bypass in a steel chassis. Runs on a single 9 volt battery. Controls Tweak Fuzz's Tweak Control engages one of six preset EQ resonances that give an overall "flavor" to the Tweak Fuzz, rolling off the bottom end and influencing the behavior of the Gain control. Each of the six frequencies was chosen and voiced to enhance rich harmonics and bring out the most flattering qualities of your guitar or bass. The Gain Control varies the amount of square wave clipping distortion. It can go from mildly distorted to all-out fuzz fury. Aptly enough, the Volume Control sets the overall volume to the optimum level. Whether you want to set it to match the bypassed signal or whether you want a big boost when you engage your Tweak Fuzz: it's your decision. The true bypass removes the circuit from your guitar's signal chain, allowing your guitar's signal pass through the Tweak Fuzz without affecting your tone or gain. The Tweak feature allows you to voice the box to your tone preference. Works with guitar or bass. It works especially well with non-master volume amps. Seymour Duncan Tweak Fuzz Features:
