I was concerned that the "wide, fat carve neck" would be like a baseball bat...mot so..it is extremely comfortable and this guitar plays like butter. It has become one of my ver favorites rating right up there with my Fender American Deluxe Ash Strat and I find myself playing it more than any other. Pass on it if you want to play metal , buy it if you want a totally playable sound machine...Tuners are excellent, workmanship superb and a delight to play..The finest semi hollow you'll every buy for the money and you could spend a thousand or so more and end up with half of what this guitar can give you. It is quickly becoming my favorite guitar and the pickups are sweet. A must have for anyone wanting the open sounding semi-hollow sound and an absolute STEAL for the money.
