I needed a single space 4 channel compressor for the group iCande. The 4 girls use wireless mics and i needed to compress the output for a smoother sound. I first tried patching the wireless output ... read more [+]signal in line through the compressor but it was too low for it to deal with. When I used insert cables off each channel of the mixer it worked great. The unit works fine and is easy to control, nice indicator lights to let you see what effect it is having on the signal. It seems to be a little noisy, no big deal for live shows, but might not be a good choice for studio work. close [-]
