The heart of the Denon DJ SC3900 is a 9-inch Active Platter driven by a high-torque direct-drive motor. Denon knows turntables, and the platter in the SC3900 was developed with input from top international DJs, who know what they want - and what works in performance. Slightly smaller than a 12" vinyl LP, the SC3900's platter gives you extra agility to execute your scratch moves exactly as you hear them. Otherwise, it feels exactly like the real deal, and indeed, the platter's surface is an actual a 9" vinyl disc!

Engine music management software makes your job easier
With the Denon DJ SC3900, you can play back your files from your PC or Mac, with the included Engine music management software. You don't need a high-spec computer, either. Engine leaves the intensive audio processing to the player, achieving lightning-fast file-searching speeds and can be run run before or during your performance, realizing your computer's capabilities to the fullest.

Smart features let you streamline your setup and optimize your performances
With the Denon DJ SC3900, you can prepare your set in the studio or on your home computer, export it to a USB stick or hard drive, and slip everything needed for your performance into your pocket! When it's time to perform, just plug 'n' play. You can even share files with up to three other SC3900s or compatible players over a network. Once your networked players are sharing the music from one USB device, you can easily cue and play to any player via an iPad with Denon's Engine iPad app (requires download from Apple's App Store). Engine for iPad controls your set wirelessly through a network via its large color touchscreen. How cool is that?
