It's all in the neck

Amazing instrument. As always, Sweetwater service is excellent, and this guitar is simply fantastic. Set up well out of the box, incredibly fast neck, and the Mahogany body makes for great sustain. I haven't been able to knock it out of tune yet. Love it.

Couldn't Get Any Better!!!

Before i purchased this guitar I did my research and read alot of reviews. When I recieved it I couldn't have been happier with the awesome job the guitar techs at sweetwater did setting it up. There was only one small problem. For everyone that has a kneck that the locking nut piece doesn't tighten through the back of the kneck should make sure the two phillips screws underneath the locking nuts are tight. I was feeling a pop while doing bends and noticed it and once the screws were tight I've had no problems since. This is a beautiful guitar for the price and as long as you maintain it properly it will last. Thanks again to everyone at sweetwater for the peace of mind and confidence you gave me in your service. It was far better than any popular national music store chain...period.

This guitar is awsome

My wife bought me the Viking Red version of this guitar and an Ibanez hsc. The guitar played well and the pickups had a very nice midrange crunch. I had toyed with the idea of puting Dimarzio Evo's in it but they sound just find the way it is. A few tweeks were needed to get it to play its best. A slight bridge adjustment and shimming the neck. The next thing I would recommend would be changing the pots out to a Dimarzio pot or a Mighty Might pot. They aren't that responsive on roling off. But all in all I LOVE THIS GUITAR.
