You NEED this in your rack if you're serious about your sound.from November 28, 2012Music Background: Pro Sound Techie Impressive UnitThis crossover makes it very easy ro achieve the correct settings. The settings are very easy to use. First of all, there are three modes. (2-way, 3-way and 4-way mono) When selecting the mode, the leds on the front panel switch to show you which pots are active, and what they are controlling. This was by far my favorite feature. The layout took me only minutes to figure out, and I had the sound I wanted within 10 minutes. The high, low and mid mutes are helpful to solo a channel to pin point settings. Very helpful. I enjoy the fact that I can purchase another down the line to run stereo 4-way sound. Unlikely in my use case, but the option is there. Some notes: None of the XLR connectors on the rear are locking. The knobs are lightweight plastic and slide off with enough pull. (nothing super-glue can't fix) Overall, impressive unit. Rich features put this crossover at a considerable price-point. from Maryland, USA November 29, 2012 Samson Tri Amp ApplicationUnit should have all pots lubed when newunit was fun w/lots of effects unit was versatile /sub out would have been...... cool |
