Customer Reviewsfrom Georgetown IN January 31, 2012 Music Background: Long time musician , Cruise Ship Soloist Great MonitorsThese monitors are really good. You don't need a sub with them. from Philadelphia, Pa. (USA) November 27, 2011 Music Background: Recording Engineer, Live Sound Engineer, Pro Musician, Producer Of Music. OutstandingThese monitors are everything I need in studio monitors. Do yourself a favor and get them.from earth September 22, 2010 Music Background: mixer, studio musician, producer nicewell i bought this monitors for a home project, they are very accurate and nice sounding, the bass is good, the mids and highs really balanced. the price is a blown away for anyone, and i been using m audio bx5a, krk rkt 5 & 6, genelec and dynaudio monitors, and this are good, better than the m audio and krk systems, and they are comparable to dynaudio's or genelec's mid range class... definitely a must have if you want nice sounding monitor and great pricefrom Heaven, usa November 4, 2009 Music Background: pro musician WOW!I really needed some monitors for my project studio and after an long time of researching every possible model I decided cautiously to purchase these.WOW!,was I surprised at the quality and performance of these babies, plus they look fantastic in my studio. I'm now thinking to buy the rubicon r10s subwoofer to make the system complete.these monitors have all the bass you could need but I'm a gear head and want the very best for my studio.I have never turned the volume up past three and even then it's rattling the doorknobs throughout the house.I advise anyone looking for an great set of monitors on an budget to check these out.I'm very happy with these and could kick myself for not buying them sooner. from The Netherlands April 15, 2009 Music Background: audio engineer live & studio. First impression of the Samsung Resolv A8I would like to give them a 5. And I really think they are a 5. But because I have listened to them for just over 6 hours I think they are a great buy to anyone, but have not yet had the time to really listen to known music on them.I work as a free lance audio engineer and I allso work on the Tascamforums as moderator. A client in Belgium bought a pair of these, a DM4800 Cubase 5 and a nice computer. We worked on setting up his system. They really sound flat with no earfatigue. When you see them in person they really give you a quality feel. And the woofer is from a speciall product (I think it's kevlar, but maybe something else) wich look really good. I'd qualify this monitor as a GOOD sounding monitor. So it is honest about what you hear but has not the loudness curve you can find in the old NS10 or the newer HS50M yahama monitors. If I would invest now, and it would be my own studio I'd buy these samson's and the yamaha hs50m and I'd probably stick to these for the coming 15 years. I really think they are that good. As far as a 6 hour listening session goes. from July 1, 2011 Samson Resolv A8 - Great sound, great priceI purchased these after a good friend who does audio professionally recommended them to me for my budget. I do mostly audio mixes for my video projects and I can hear everything in the mix which is what I need!
