One of the most popular bass amps ever made, the original Redhead combined a tube preamp and solid-state power section for incredibly rich tone with a rock-solid engine. The new Redhead combo pushes 400 watts of power through a pair of 10" speakers at 4ohms (650 watts @ 2ohms with a 4ohm extension cabinet). A pair of 12AX7s populate the preamp and DI sections of the amp, and the controls offer compression, control over the full-range EQ, and access to the Aural Enhancer. im in a full time cover band that has been together for 4 years now. i started with a Hartke H3500 head and 2-410xl cabs. i loved that setup but was big and heavy. too much to carry around all over th... read more [+]e place. i started shopping around combos. my guitarist both go 1-12 combos so i bought this. bottom line, its awesome. small, compact, powerful, full of tone, and can still fit in the trunk of a car. i would put this 210 up against my old 810 any day. the rack space is added awesomeness because i put my rack tuner in there so all i need is in one package. the ONLY complain i have, is the casters. they are cheap and very undersized. replace them as soon as you buy and enjoy! close [-]
