A 2-channel Tube Power Amp with Truly Independent Channels!

The Randall RT2/50 2-channel tube power amplifier is more than just a stereo amp, though it's a great one. The true genius behind this rig is its ability to run each channel independently, right down to the power tubes! In fact, the 50-watt-per-channel RT2/50 comes stock with a pair of 6L6 tubes in Channel 1 and two EL34s in Channel 2. You get MIDI switching capability, a Master level control, adjustable density and presence controls, and a bias section on the front panel of the Randall RT2/50.

Two independent channels and tube pairs
Designed to compliment the RM4 or any MIDI-capable guitar preamp, the RT2/50 provides the flexibility to switch between different power tubes in one amplifier. Channel 1 comes standard with two Ruby 6L6 power tubes, and Channel 2 is stocked with a pair of Ruby EL34s.

Two modes
Two modes of operation allow for maximum versatility. Choose channel switching mode for 50 watts mono a side, or select full 100 watts stereo mode. The mono channel switching mode allows you to run a single input into Channel 1 then simply route single or multiple speaker cables from both Channel 1 and Channel 2 outputs to separate cabinets to assign 6L6s to one cab and EL34s to another. Pair the preamp tone, power tubes and preferred cabinet with each channel then switch back and forth between each cabinet for maximum versatility. Stereo mode simply activates both channel outputs at all times for continuous 6L6 and EL34 tone.

Panel control
Each channel offers Master level control, with presence and density for additional equalization. If a tube fails, no problem. The front panel bias section tells you which tube needs replacing, and allows for easy bias adjustment for changing out or re-tubing the amp.

MIDI switching
Equipped with MIDI In/Through capability, the RT2/50 also works perfectly with any MIDI switching digital guitar preamp, providing warm rounded tube power to any tone.
