To develop the Jackson Browne Signature, some of Gibson Acoustic's top builders worked closely with Browne for over five years, working and reworking the design to perfection. The inspiration for the Jackson Browne Signature guitar is Browne's own 1930s-era Roy Smeck model, a legendary guitar known for its big tone, traditional acoustic sound, and amazing acoustic projection. To enhance this natural projection, the Jackson Browne Signature features Amulet System electronics with two hand-made transducers.
