118 Models The flagship RP350 features 118 models, including 73 effects models, 27 amplifier/preamplifier and acoustic guitar models with A/B switching, and 18 speaker cabinets. Seventy user presets and 70 factory presets allow ample storage for even a complex stage show. Simply dial in a genre based tone setting and then select from a variety of pre-programmed effect combinations. All three units come standard with a built-in drum machine featuring 60 professionally programmed patterns and a high quality drum kit. A chromatic tuner with drop-tuning options is standard, as is five seconds of delay time. USB connectivity provides 2-in/2-out recording capabilities as well as preset editing using the included X-Edit editor librarian software for PC and Mac. Digitech RP350 Features:

The Digi-dudes did do it again! July 5, 2007 Music Background: Smokin, croakin' ain' no Jokin,' finger-pickin,' Big Tow chickin' lickin' funk This unit smokes whether you got 'em or not. I have been studying on this thing (playing with the gobs of tonal possibilities) for about two weeks now, and am still finding unbelievable amounts of combinations. I figure (after many calculations), and with a real conservative estimate, one can come up with about 350 million combinations of tone/sounds. (That's probably why it's called a 350, huh? Uh, how long will that take anyway, dude?) But don't try this at home! You will only make yourself sore. The point here, however, is; you can make this baby do anything you want it to, now, and easily. That's right. My first stab at a custom distortion with panning delay and reverb sound took me about a minute and was a huge success (and I only have a masters degree in engineering). It is so easy, and the RP 350 is so capable, I can hardly leave it alone. Oh, and the USB connectivity and interfaceability are fab! One can set all the parameters right on the screen without ever touching the unit itself, save the expression pedal. I have not even broken the surface of this things capabilities. But It still does great for what I want it to do right now. In other words; this box actually has a future. How can the Digi-people do this?! I, for one, am very glad they can and do! Now, then, where is my slide rule . . . and my Strat . . . and my 200 watt amp . . . and . . . close [-] Excellent Box for Effects!

I've been playing for 35+ years and love a niceJune 13, 2007 Music Background: 35+ years of gutar playing excerience quality tube amp overdrivven sound with the occasional tremolo, Leslie, delay and reverb. I was looking at buying a VTX Tube Tremo... read more [+]lo for my all tube/analog rig (except for my DL4 Delay) and was talked into trying this unit out. To finsh my rig, I had future plans of buying an EQ, Reverb, Chorus(for occasional use) and Volume Pedal. My rig: Guitar -> 535Q Wah -> BOSS CS-3 -> Korg DT-10 -> Fender Super-Sonic Preamp In -> Loop out to RP350(stereo split) -> Rotosphere(stereo) -> DL4(stereo) -> Super-Sonic and Hot Rod DeVille Power Amp Ins My big fear is always "tone loss" so I A/B'd it both physically in/out of my loop and bypass vs patch. I was pleasantly surprised that there was NO tone loss. This unit has an analog bypass. I'm only using the Gate, EQ, FX, Delay and Reverb. Also, I haven't tried all of the effects. GATE: Perfect! EQ: Sweet! 4 Bands B/M/T/P with adjustable freq. TREMOLO: Excellent! I can't imagine a deeper more throbbing tremolo than this provides. PANNER: Excellent! TC CHORUS: Excellent! ROTARY: I need to do some more tweeking. This effect is very tweekable. No opinion yet. DELAYS: Excellent! I am a EH DMM nut and the ModDelay in this unit is excellent! REVERBS: These are just fantastic! Lexicon quality. These are the effects I was looking for. There are a bunch I haven't tried. I honestly can't believe I am even reviewing one of these little multi-effects boxes, let alone giving it a 5 out of 5. But the truth is in the ears and I love this little thing. My pedalboard is complete! Other cool things: USB, XLR's, almost any parameter can be assigned to the expression pedal. Try one of these for an effects only unit in your loop. Don't forget to turn off the Amp/cab models. This unit may sound great with the amp & cab models too, I'm just not intetrested in those. Yet. close [-] RP 350 RP350

Sweetwater Advice
Kent SallazDigiTech's RP350 is a great multi-effects interface for anyone looking to combine a wide range of tones and effects in one extremely durable pedal. I find myself using a lot of the presets DigiTech provides in the RP350 to find classic tones in my guitar. With the AudioDNA2 processor in the pedal, the RP350 models a wide variety of classic amps (AC30, 65 Twin, Bassman) and pedals (Big Muff, Echoplex, Tubescreamer) with great accuracy. The RP350 also has a USB interface for recording directly into the computer. I recommend this pedal to anyone looking for a great multi-effects pedal and interface for their guitar!
