ReviewsA Lot Of Bang For The Buck!!!
by Ed Gould from Pittsburgh, PA
Here's a 49 key Midi controller that is reasonably priced and performs very well. How wrong can you go for $160.00? Yes, you've probably seen YouTube videos or negative feedback about this unit, but... read more [+] I want to tell you there are issues with the sustain pedal...but, it all comes down to the type of pedal you're using with it. If it's a 1/4 inch tip-sleeve jack on the pedal, it will work. If it's a 1/4 inch tip-ring-sleeve jack, it will sustain everything. The reason for that is, it doesn't work with sustain/damper combo pedals...it will work with just a sustain pedal. The only real criticisms I can give would be (1) the instructions you get with the unit are poor at best! However, after sitting down for a while and figuring everything out, it's pretty simple. And, I plan on putting a YouTube instructional video together to help everyone who purchased one, becasue this thing really rocks! And, (2) the keys could be a little more sturdy... but hey...it's only $160.00!!! I would recommend anyone who uses the sounds in their recording software to get one! close [-]
