Customer Reviewsfrom Lawrence, Ma USA November 26, 2009 Music Background: College Music Student Sorry Reason 4 East West beats'em allafter 3 years of being an obsessive reason user, i came to realize that what my professor told me about east west and its samples is totally true. Samples are very accurate, professional, and are exactly what you want, especially for film scoring. the music WRITES ITSELF. get it! stop thinking about it and just get it.from detroit, rock city, MI June 13, 2009 Music Background: keyboardist, rock guitar fan, producer, studio own a home studio IF ANYBODY COMPLAINS ABOUT THIS LIBRARY YOU SHOULD BE PUNCHED IN THE MOUTH!!!!!!!i don't own it yet.can't wait to have it. i should have listened to the guy that told me to go with eastwest products rather than reason. this is a winner it even sounds better than top of the line keyboards that cost $3,000. believe me i'm a yamaha motif freak. and this one wins all hands down. from Jamaica, Queens, NY February 28, 2008 Music Background: Pro Musician, DJ/Remixer, Producer THIS will ROCK your tracks....No pun intended, but this product will rock your socks off. NEVER in a software would I think you'd be able to create a product that would simulate live guitars, bass and drums like MOR does. It's not limited to 'just rock or heavy rock.' Whatever style of music you do you could likely use the sounds to fill out a mix. For myself, I do electronic pop. I wanted to take my tracks and spruce them up in a harder fashion. MOS does the trick, hands down. The drums even feature the ACTUAL KIT used in recording Metallica's "Black" CD. The only reason I'm not giving it a "5" is because of CPU drain. The product is a whopping 20GB, and although I run on an Intel based Imac with 2Gig of ram, it's still a bit stifling. In any regards, get this product. It will be a great investment! -C.from August 6, 2009 IT ROCKS BUTVERY GOOD LIBRARY , BUT DONT EXPECT TO MAKE A HIT RECORD WITH IT LIKE THEY SAY!! GOOD GUITARS AND DRUMS BASSES A BIT WEAK , I WAS EXPECTING REAL RIFFS AS IN VURTUAL GUITARIST BUT IT DOES NOT HAVE THOSEfrom Phila, PA May 24, 2011 Music Background: professional Not BadBeing a keyboard & guitar player I think there is a lot of great software plugin out there for guitar. This may be a good starter for someone who does not play guitar but there will be a lot missing in your guitar tracks. Guitar is a very expressive instrument and it is hard to emulate that in a plugin, using a keyboard. To me this one is just OK.
