Kal CantrellI plugged a Tele and a dynamic mic into the Mackie ProFX8 and - thanks to this mixer's hi-Z input and built-in digital effects - I was able to get a cool mix of my vocals and guitar without the need for a DI box and external processors. I can see how the thoughtful design of this mixer would make it perfect for small bands or solo acts. If I had the guts to do a solo singer/guitar act, I would take this board with me because it was made to take care of my needs. With the ProFX8, you get a reliable mixer - and a creative toolkit too!
