This option card adds an additional 1040K of P-RAM (Program Random Access Memory) to your K2500, allowing you to have many more User Programs, Setups, QA Banks, and Sequences loaded into your K2500 at the same time.
And since it's battery-backed, these Objects will stay in memory even after a power-cycle.

Note: P-RAM does not store RAM Samples (they go into your SIMMs).
RAM Samples *always* need to be reloaded after a power-cycle, whether or not you have the P-RAM option.
