BIAS Peak Pro XT 6 boasts all of the sonic power found in Peak Pro 6, along with a suite of additional pro-level mastering, sound design, and sound restoration tools to maximize the quality of your sound. Within Peak Pro XT 6, you can burn your final masters using a fully Red Book-compliant Playlist, complete with CD-TEXT, ISRC codes, and track indexes. Plus, among the new features in Peak Pro 6 is the ability to drag-and-drop files between Peak and iTunes, logarithmic metering with user-configurable calibration, and Perpetual Looper DSP, which creates perfect "beat-free" sustained loops from monophonic sources. Advanced Playlist Editing and Mastering
Peak Pro 6 offers Mastering and "Classical Editing" Cross-Fade Modes with Overlap/Gap and Centered cross-fades optimize workflows. Volume envelopes let you easily and precisely edit volumes across entire regions, fades and cross-fades. Custom Default Fades make it easy to create, save and load your favorite cross-fade shapes and apply them automatically.

Editing, Processing and Sound Design Power
The Cache in RAM feature in Peak Pro 6 provides ultra-fast RAM-based editing. Perpetual Loop DSP ensures perfect "beat-free" sustained loops on monophonic sources, ideal for creating instrument sample libraries. For post-production work, Voiceover Ducking DSP dynamically lowers music level during voiceover. With the Change Pitch and Convolve Envelope tool, you can apply dynamic changes over time. Vbox Cross-synthesis Link gives you the ability to mix, convolve, vocode, modulate and magnitude multiply virtual instruments, audio, effects and live input for creative sound design.

User Interface Enhancements
On the user interface side of things, the global contrast control allows customization of user interface from dark to light. With "Magnetic" windows, operational windows snap together for optimal screen management. High-resolution meters provide logarithmic metering with high-precision, user configurable standard calibrations.

Multiple Delivery Tools
Advanced PQ sheet/text export offers custom playlist reports include durations, index points, CD-TEXT info, notes, and more. Print, save to PDF, or export as a tab-delimited file. Quickly export audio documents or playlists directly to iTunes for the ultimate in convenience, or drag and drop audio between iTunes and Peak playlist. Peak Pro 6 also allows reads/writes metadata for most major file types, including Broadcast WAVE.

• PitchCraft
  With PitchCraft, you have natural pitch and formant control - in real time - so you can correct and/or change pitch from a variety of different sources. Plus, its high-quality algorithm lets you maintain the natural characteristics of a voice, yet can also be used to intentionally change the sound of a voice, opening up the doors for even more creative possibilities. Virtually change the size of the vocal cavity and vocal chords, and play with pitch and formant modification to create your own sounds - you can create such effects as "gender transformation," or voice disguising in moments with PitchCraft.
  
  
• Reveal
  Reveal delivers seven powerful analysis tools in a single plug-in: Oscilloscope, Peak and RMS Power History, Spectrogram, Pan Power, Spectral Analysis, Lissajous Phase Scop, and Peak and RMS Level Meters. With Reveal, you have all the tools you need to really understand what's going on with your audio - and can use the feedback to make educated adjustments to your speaker placement, and room tuning.

  Not just a Rick James tune, SuperFreq is a fully-featured suite of paragraphic equalizer plug-ins, in 4, 6, 8, and 10 band editions. You'll comfortably tweak your sound with -24 to +24dB Gain Valies, 0.1 to 30 "Q" Values, sweepable mids from 20Hz to 20kHz, individual band bypass buttons, A/B/C/D compare Snapshots, and multiple filters including Peak Notch, High Shelf, Low Shelf, High Cut, and Low Cut.

  Repli-Q displays your track's spectral qualities - conveniently matching the EQ of one source to another target signal, while allowing the degree of matching and smoothing to be manipulated.
  
  
• GateEx
  GateEx is a premium noise gate and downward expander - great for minimizing background noise or room noise that's noticeable when working with dialog recordings - or for isolating one drum sound from another. As a downward expander, GateEx is also able to increase the apparent dynamic range of your audio.
  
  
• Sqweez-3 & -5
  Sqweez delivers pro-level multi-band compression, limiting, and upward expansion, giving you precise control over three or five frequency bands. Its display provides important feedback, and allows you to independently adjust compression settings for low, mid, and high frequencies - and each band can affect just the frequency range you specify.
