Sweetwater was great to deal with and their customer service is awesome! The PT30 tuner does not meet my expectations. I bought it to replace an old PT-1 tuner that I liked a lot. The PT30 (according... read more [+] to Intellitouch) is suppose to be an upgrade or better, but I find that it is much more complicated and very difficult to get the 4 chevrons to line up. It is too difficult to use in a performance. It is also not reliable in picking up the sound from my instrument. I would not recommend this tuner due to its lack of reliability and difficulty to tune my instrument! close [-]
