Works extremely well for ambient sounds, thickening chords, octave leads, etc. Works great on bass too! - just be careful with that 2nd lower octave - make sure your cabinets and amp can handle it with high volume. The only thing that makes me sweat is the sliders. So far none of the tips have broken but I'm going to continue being careful. This is a pedal that has great sounds but should be used sparingly to taste. close [-]

The POG2 carries on that tradition with a box that allows you to add in + and/or - 1 and 2 octaves, mix your dry signal in, adjust the attack to give you great tracking or a swell effect and mix accordingly. With the POG2, I'm able to effectively pull off some great imitations of organ-based rockers like Coldplay, Keane and others in that genre. And this is just the tip of the iceberg. . . POG 2
