With its tiny bus-powered enclosure, it's small enough to fit into your pocket, yet the PortaGig is powerful enough to support high track-count audio sessions. With FireWire 800, USB 2.0 (both of which can provide bus power), and eSATA interfaces, PortaGig 50 is ready for any system thanks to the wide variety of connectivity. You can even access the bus power via FireWire or USB while using the eSATA data connection - how cool is that! Powered by the Oxford 934 chip, the PortaGig 50 is qualified with Pro Tools to support over 70 tracks of 24-bit/48kHz audio.
