Bass player for 21 years now..

pf350 a great head for the money!

I spent quite a while researching for a portable head that would have enough power and great tone but still fit within my budget and in my opinion ampeg came through with a perfect option, I have used it at least 3 times so far at jam sessions and was very pleased with how easy it was to dial in a tone that fit perfect and still keep up with 2 guitar players and a drummer!! The head had no problem at all cutting through and that was playing through a 4x10 he classic cab at 8ohms, I am looking forward to playing through this set up for many years to come, I had almost got the pf500 being worried the 350 would not hold up but I am glad that I settled on this head as it provided plenty of power & tone and fit better to my budget. And thanks to Sweetwater as they were excellent in their customer service and took care of everything right away with no hassle, I will defiantly go with them when I get the matching pf210 cab to go with the head!!
