Customer Reviewsfrom Union, Ky January 13, 2013Music Background: Played for 54 years and in several small local bands. Superb Quality GuitarGuitar came set up perfect for me right out of the box. Great mellow woody tone. Very balanced. Couldn't find a flaw on it. All the wood and grains on top and back are very - very nice. Binding looks awsome too. It is very classy looking. All edges are smooth around the frets with none of the frets being high. Takamine's quality control department definitely seems better than alot of companies. And it helped knowing that Sweetwater checks out the guitars before it gets sent out also to make sure nothing was missed. Very solid tuners. Very cool looking with the amber buttons. This guitar has so many little things that truly sets it apart from others. I have owned and play guitars from each end of the spectrum and Takamine always impresses me. Guitar has electronics that I didnt HAVE to have on this one, but they are excellent. Very nice heavy-duty, hard shell case was included in this purchase.Sweetwater if by far the best company to work with when it comes to feeling like a valued customer. They give one-on-one attention, answering any emails and following up with phone calls. Nick has been truly "instrumental" in this purchase. Ordered this around noon on Friday and had it by about 2 on Saturday. Definitely gets 5 stars from me.
