The mixes i make with them translate very well on other systems. The only thing i did is to adjust the HF driver level. It was a bit bright. There are options to tailor the boxes according to your environment so if u buy them i'll be happy at then end. Just need to know to monitors...
Other than that, The imaging ad detail is awesome... I can hear all the clicks and pops.

I have been using NS10's for years and wanted to add a more pleasant near field monitor to my home studio. The ADAM P11's are not the most pleasant or "best" sounding monitors I have ever used BUT WOW - the mixes I have done with them have translated incredibly well! My sweetwater sales rep Josh pointed me to them and he was right on!

The P-11's are unbelievable! The term "reference monitors" used to have a meaning. It meant accuracy, it meant that the monitor wasn't coloring the sound. The term has been given new meaning with the P-11's.

My sales guy sold me on these and he was dead right. Every mix I do on these translates perfectly to every other sound system, home and car stereo. They aren't as nasty as like NS-10's, and don't sound as pretty as a pair of Genelecs, but that's the beauty of their accuracy. It's so dead on. Even if I had several thousand to spend on another set of near-fields, I'd have a hard time finding something as accurate as these P-11's. For small studios, I can't find a better pair of near-fields.
