The workmanship is incredible. Tone and volume knobs that actually control the tone instead of being on or off. Sustain is just slightly shorter than forever and a butterfly can fret the strings. The ... read more [+]only thing that kept it from the 5 stars is that the bridge height adjusters are so well machined that they move easily when changing strings so you have to readjust the height. The pickups must be either Seymours or DiMarzio's because I have no desire to change the pickups which is a first for me. I can really rip on the fretboard because it is designed for speed and the next time I play it, IT'S STILL IN TUNE!! I just can't say enough good things about this guitar. Lucky I had the time to write this because I can only be found when I take a break from playing this fine instrument. I have played on guitars that were 3 times the price but had no where near the playability. The walnut color is sweet because it's not the standard, black, white, or red. If you get this for a beginner he will never need another guitar, if it's for the professional it is another mighty fine weapon in their guitar arsenal. close [-]
