When it comes to bass effects, sometimes less is more. In the case of a bass overdrive, some pedals tend to just give you one really bold setting which can be too much in some situations. The ODB-3 Bass Overdrive allows me to dial in just the right amount of fuzz or crunch to my sound to really cut through the mix on a grinding solo or go full out and create a HUGE overdrive sound to compliment those 7 string guitars rocking right beside me.
