Customer Reviewsfrom Virginia Beach, VA April 25, 2012 Music Background: Jazz pianist Nord GB 88Great bag for the Nord Stage 2. On a previous Nord bag, the wheels had split, but the wheels on this one appear solid. Sweetwater not only offered a personal touch (via phone and email), but very fast shipping, and candy to boot!from Rotterdam, The Netherlands July 20, 2008 Music Background: Recording Engineer, Live Musician, Singer, Composer Like a glove. A luxury glove at thatBefore i received my gigbag, i transported my NS88 in an old sleeping bag, which had to be transported everywhere by two people. You don't want to know how many "hey-are-you-guys-gonna-dispose-of-a-dead-body"-jokes i had to endure. Now, finally, the gigbag is mine, and i have to say it's already been a lifesaver on the first gig i did with it.It fits the keyboard like a glove, unlike cheaper alternatives. The keyboard can't move an inch once it's inside. The padding on the inside is incredibly thick and cushiony soft. It feels like you're giving your Nord a royal treatment transporting it that way (which it deserves!). One thing though, - it says it makes transporting the 40lb Nord Stage 88 a "snap". By snap, they probably mean you're still going to have backaches after the first few times you had to get it up and down a flight of stairs - it's surprisingly hard to handle a tall shaped 40 pounds. Not to mention your knuckles will be completely ruined from the middle handle when you roll it behind you - because the red fabric is not exactly nice to any skin rubbing against it. Still, that's not the gigbag's fault ofcourse. This is the single best way to transport your Nord Stage, until they come up with something to defy gravity. 5/5 stars. from Philly Pa. in Manayunk April 11, 2012 Music Background: Blues, Jazz, Funk in a live performance Great Gig Bag.Well designed and a plush interior that fits the quality of the Nord. Handling the Stage 2 HA 88 with the Gig bag, having wheels and a concentric handle for stability on the back side, made transporting the Red Machine by myself a very pleasant experience. |
