They didn't change the concept - or the sound, for that matter. They just put in new hardware to make it possible for this great synth to live on for many more years to come. I have a Micron as well as an SH32 and although good boards I beleive the Nord will prevail as the leader (no pun intended)and my main analog type sound engine.
