I had an Original'66 Mustang: Second Owner.

I have been broken into twice: the 1st time they stole everything, including my Mustang (and phone, clothes, answer machine...you get the drift). She was the original "red" which had become quite waxy over the years; ergo, I had begun refinishing her with thin coats of....like you care.

Before it was stolen, I had come to ADORE the out-of-phase switches: too cool. One can put Neck p/u out-of-phase with Bridge in-phase, vice versa or both out-of phase...Too cool. I always wanyed it back, but, just like in Job, God saw fit to give 18 guitars in return. I do serve a great God: I hope to receive the Daphne Blue Mustang from Santa/Wife this Christmas b/ it is absolutely worth owning. NOTHING sounds like her or FEELS like her. Trust me, one needn't be a beginner to "enjoy" this fox. Crankit up, crank it down, put it through a slew of pedals...the Mustang has more tricks up her sleeves than one will ever totally ferret out! Please, Santa!
