Classic Design:
Squier tapped into the iconic design of the original 1966 Fender Mustang to create the Squier Vintage Modified Mustang Bass. You get the classic basswood body with its unique shape and a smooth-playing maple neck. It even sports the original-looking Mustang Bass bridge, with adjustable saddles for perfect intonation.

Short-scale Design:
The Vintage Modified Mustang Bass has a short 30" scale length for comfortable playability. The shorter scale length is great for younger players, but is also fun for players of any level. You get all the tone you'd expect out of a standard-size bass in a more compact form.

Duncan Designed Pickup:
Squier equips the Vintage Modified Mustang Bass with a Duncan Designed split single-coil bass pickup for maximum tone. The pickup is positioned to capture the fullest tone from the Mustang Bass, and Volume and Tone controls help you fine-tune your sound.
