I'm a beginner to music and recording and this is my first mixer (I bought it with a BLUE 8-Ball) and in the few months I've had it I've been amazed. I've been happy with it's simplicity and quality. I definitely would recommend this product to anyone.

I DID NOT EXPECT MUCH FROM THE FREE MIC IN FACT I ALMOST GAVE IT AWAY BECAUSE I LIKE TO GIVE, BUT I THOUGHT I'LL TRY IT. I SUNG (IS THAT A WORD) FOR HOURS AWESOME I'M 56 IS THIS THE BIG ONE, AM I COMING HOME, IS THIS HEAVEN, WOW THANK YOU VERY MUCH

After nearly a year and a half of great use of the MultiMix, the interface gave out during a recording session. I can no longer get a clean sound recorded with this, even after troubleshooting several possibilities.

this machine was easier to setup any peice of equipment ive ever brought in the past(including the us 122 interface) after the speedy hook up i was quickly on to mixing and recording the ownes manual that comes with the mixer is excellent for a beginner like myself , it thouroughly explained the ins and outs of the machine and used terms that are easy to understand overall this is an excellent peice of equipment and i am glad to have spent my money on it.

...there are some problems. Had to return mine after six weeks when it no longer would be recognized by either my desktop or laptop. And on some computers (on XP) it does produce that annoying high pitched noise which does affect the recording. I have had the best results on Win2K (on my laptop). Other than that, this thing is an awesome peice of gear - very quiet, portable and useful (not the best, but adequate) effects.
