Need a compact, decent quality, ultra portable PA mixer that fits into a rack with the power amplifier? Need a drumkit or keyboard rig submixer with tone controls on each channel and the ability to set up your own monitor mix? Haven't got room for a full sized board for your home studio set-up, but still want to have linear faders on each channel, and phantom power for your studio mics? If you answered yes to any of the three questions above, then you've got to check out this MultiMix 12R from Alesis. Great quality at a great price, and all the features to meet all of the different scenarios I mentioned above.

Excellent Budget Mixer

Just installed this in my home studio and I'm getting great sound in and out! For $300, it'd be hard to find a better rack-mount mixer. It's the perfect addition to a small or home studio. While most of my work happens on the computer screen, it makes life easier to have all of my instruments and devices hooked up to a physical mixer. A patchbay is a must, especially if you want to quickly reconnect devices directly to your computer interface for multitrack recording.

Can't beat it for the price!

Just purchased this for a fixed installation in a large assembly hall at work and it's fantastic. I expected a little more noise and was pleasantly surprised at how clean it is. I like it so much I'm seriously considering another one for my personal rig as a drum sub-mixer. Alesis products have always impressed me with their value and this unit is no exception. If you need a low-cost, quality mixer you'll have a hard time beating this one, so buy it already!

Great little mixer

Great little mixer for the price, I use it on all of my small gigs, it's very clean, real easy to use, I highly recomend it for all you small job needs
